Plan a new group trip

For a custom group offer, send the travel date or date range, estimated headcount, reason for the trip and accommodation area if known. Add the activities you are considering, the preferred pace and any budget, accessibility, dietary or alcohol-free requirements.

Ask about an existing booking

Include the booking reference, lead guest name, travel date and a concise description of the issue. Do not send card details, identity documents or other sensitive information through an open message.
